Scammers love to impersonate well-known names to catch people off guard. This page sets out plainly which accounts and addresses genuinely belong to Ranking.bio, the things we will never ask of you, and how to tell a real message from a fake one before it costs you anything.

Where you'll actually hear from us

Our team reaches out in exactly one way: by email, from [email protected]. The site itself lives at a single address — ranking.bio — and nowhere else.

You'll also find us on a small set of social profiles: X (@ranking_bio), Instagram (@ranking.bio) and YouTube (@rankingbio) — and that list is complete. A "Ranking.bio" presence anywhere else, be it a Telegram channel, a Discord server, a WhatsApp number, or a TikTok account, is someone pretending to be us. We will never ring you, text you, or message you privately to chase a payment, a password, or your personal information.

We never charge visitors a cent

Using Ranking.bio is free, and it stays that way. So nobody on our side will ever ask you to send money — cryptocurrency, gift-card codes, a card payment, a bank transfer, anything — to open a profile, "confirm" your account, collect a prize, or unlock some "premium" level. When something lands in your inbox claiming to be from us, look closely at the address it came from. Genuine email from Ranking.bio always ends in @ranking.bio — full stop. • Instructions to "reactivate" or "validate" your account using gift cards, crypto, or a wire transfer.
• A made-up partnership, sponsorship, or ad deal that asks for money up front or for your account login.

Think you've found a scam? Do this

1. Don't reply to the account, and don't open any links it sends you.
2. Capture screenshots: the sender's handle, the whole conversation, and any wallet or payment details mentioned.
3. Send it all to [email protected] so we can act on it and put other users on alert.
