18 U.S.C. 2257 Statement | Ranking.bio

This statement explains our position under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and its implementing regulations. In short: Ranking.bio is a directory and information location tool. We do not produce, host, sell or distribute sexually explicit content, and we do not hold the records that a producer of such content is required to keep.

We are not a producer

Ranking.bio indexes publicly available profile information, published by creators themselves on third-party platforms: a display name, a profile image, a written biography and public links. We do not create that material, we do not commission it, and we do not have any editorial control over what a creator publishes on the source platform. We do not host, sell or distribute subscriber-only, paywalled, leaked or unlawfully obtained material of any kind. On that basis we do not act as a "producer" as that term is defined in the regulations, and we rely on the exemptions covering the transmission, storage, retrieval and indexing of material produced by others.

Where the records are held

Records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are maintained by the original producers of the material and by the platforms on which it is published, not by this directory. For material originating on OnlyFans, the custodian of records is the entity designated by Fenix International Limited. Where we index another platform, the custodian is that platform's designated entity. We are not able to produce records we have never held.

Age of persons appearing

Every profile we index comes from a platform whose own terms require each creator to be at least 18 years old and to complete identity and age verification before publishing. We index only such platforms. We do not knowingly list any profile depicting or referring to a person under 18, and any listing found to do so is removed immediately and reported to the source platform.

Reporting a concern

If you believe any listing on this site involves a minor, report it through our report content page or by email to [email protected]. Those reports take priority over all other work and are actioned before anything else. Reporting is free and confidential.
