This page exists because creators in this niche get targeted by people pretending to be directories like ours. It sets out exactly how we contact you, what we will never ask you for, and how to check whether a message claiming to be from Ranking.bio is genuine.

Our official channels

We use ranking.bio and email addresses ending in @ranking.bio. Nothing else. Our support address is [email protected]. We do not cold-call, we do not send SMS, and we do not open conversations on WhatsApp or Telegram asking you for anything. If contact did not begin on this website or from an @ranking.bio address, treat it as fake.

What we never charge for

Paid removal. Someone offers to delete your listing for a fee, often urgently. Removal is always free and always by email.
Fake verification. A message asks you to pay, or to hand over your platform login, to get verified or ranked higher. We never ask for a password, ever, for any reason.
Payment to an individual. Requests to send cryptocurrency to a personal wallet, gift cards, or a bank transfer to a person rather than a company. We never invoice that way.
Fake prizes and placements. You have won a spot, a feature, or a campaign, but there is a fee or a form asking for your account credentials first.

You will also find us on exactly three social profiles: X (@ranking_bio), Instagram (@ranking.bio) and YouTube (@rankingbio). That list is complete. A "Ranking.bio" account anywhere else, whether a Telegram channel, a Discord server, a WhatsApp number or a TikTok profile, is someone pretending to be us.

Warning signs worth knowing

Someone posing as an "admin", "support agent" or "representative" on Telegram, Discord, Instagram or X while using our name or logo.
A free trial, a secret promo code or "VIP access" that only starts after you pay or hand over personal details.
A "you have won" announcement. We run no giveaway that requires a payment to claim anything.
Instructions to "reactivate" or "validate" your account using gift cards, crypto or a wire transfer.
A made-up partnership, sponsorship or ad deal that asks for money up front, or for your account login.

Think you have found a scam? Do this

Do not reply to the account, and do not open any link it sends you.
Capture screenshots: the sender handle, the whole conversation, and any wallet or payment details mentioned.
Send it all to [email protected] so we can act on it and warn other people.

Checking whether a message is genuine

Look at the sending domain, not the display name, which anyone can set to anything. Real mail from us ends in @ranking.bio. Real links point at ranking.bio. If you are unsure, do not reply to the message: start a fresh email to [email protected] and ask. We would much rather answer a question about a message that turns out to be genuine than clean up after one that was not.

Reporting a security vulnerability

If you have found a security flaw in this site, email [email protected] with "Security Vulnerability" in the subject. We acknowledge within 5 business days and keep you updated until it is fixed. Please give us a reasonable window to remediate before publishing. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine flaw in good faith and does not access, alter or exfiltrate other people's data.

Governing law

Ranking.bio is operated from Cyprus and these pages, together with our terms, are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us is subject to the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not take away your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence, nor any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law that applies where you live.
