These terms govern your use of ranking.bio. They are written to describe what this service actually is, because a directory and an agency are different businesses with different obligations, and the previous version of this page described the wrong one. If anything here conflicts with our methodology, 2257 statement or reporting pages, tell us and we will fix it.
Ranking.bio is an independent search engine and directory for publicly available creator profiles. We index public profile information, rank it, and link out to the source. That is the whole service.
We do not host, store, produce, sell or distribute creator content of any kind, and specifically no subscription-only, paywalled, leaked or unlawfully obtained material. We are an information location tool in the sense contemplated by section 512(d) of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to OnlyFans (Fenix International Limited) or any other platform we index.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use this site. If we learn that someone below that age has used the service, we delete any associated data. Every platform we index requires its creators to be 18 or over and to complete identity verification; see our 2257 statement.
The site offers search, category and location browsing, ranked listings, and hyperlinks to creator profiles on third-party platforms. Rankings are produced by our Creator Signal Index, documented at our methodology page. Nothing on this site is a recommendation, an endorsement, or a warranty about any creator or any platform.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time. The service is free to use and free to be listed on, and free to be removed from.
You agree not to: break the law while using the site; harass, threaten or stalk any creator or user; impersonate anyone; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service; transmit malware; or interfere with the site's operation or security.
Automated access. You may not use bots, scrapers, crawlers or any automated system to access, copy or reproduce this site or its data without our prior written permission. Ordinary search-engine crawling that respects our robots.txt is permitted. This restriction exists because our rankings are the product of measurement we pay for, and bulk copying of them is not fair use of a free service.
Do not claim to speak for us. You may not solicit payments from anyone while representing or implying any affiliation with Ranking.bio.
We index profile information that is already public on the source platform: a display name, a public image, a written biography and public links. We do not require a creator to register, and registering does not change a profile's ranking score.
Opt-out is unconditional, free and permanent. If you are the creator, or their authorised representative, email us at [email protected] with the profile link and ask to be removed. We do not ask why, we do not charge, and we never charge to keep a profile removed. Requests are processed within 5 business days, and a delisted profile is excluded from our automated pipeline so it does not reappear.
Reports of a more serious kind, including anything involving a minor or non-consensual imagery, are handled faster and take priority over everything else. See report content.
The original material on this site, including its text, design, code, rankings and the Creator Signal Index, belongs to us or our licensors. Creator profile information shown here is aggregated from sources we reasonably believe to be public, and remains the property of its respective owners. Copyright complaints go through our DMCA policy.
Links to third-party sites are provided for navigation only. We are not responsible for the content, terms, privacy practices or availability of any external site.
We are not a party to anything that happens after you leave. Ranking.bio does not facilitate, broker, guarantee or take part in any subscription, payment, message or relationship between you and a creator or a platform. Any loss, fraud or dispute arising from such a transaction is between you and that third party.
We contact people from one address only: [email protected]. Our only website is ranking.bio. We do not cold-call, we do not send SMS, and we do not open conversations on messaging apps asking you for anything.
We never ask for a password, and we never ask for payment. Any request for money that claims to come from Ranking.bio is fraudulent, wherever it appears. We accept no responsibility for losses arising from dealings with anyone falsely claiming to represent us. See trust and safety.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. In particular we do not warrant that listings are accurate or current, that any creator or profile is genuine, that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any third-party content reached from here is lawful or safe.
Nothing here creates any agency, partnership, employment, joint venture or fiduciary relationship between you and us.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to one hundred euro (EUR 100), reflecting that the service is provided free of charge.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any right you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your infringement of anyone else's rights. This does not apply to consumers acting outside a trade or profession, to the extent that mandatory law says otherwise.
We may restrict or end your access to the service where we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, and without notice where the breach is serious or ongoing. Sections 6, 7, 9, 10 and 11 survive termination.
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date at the bottom. Where a change materially reduces your rights we will say so on this page rather than change it quietly. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Ranking.bio is operated from Cyprus. These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the service, are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your own country, and you keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts where you live. Before going to court, please write to us at [email protected]: most complaints are resolved that way in days rather than months.
If any provision is held unenforceable, it is narrowed to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable, and the rest of these terms continue in force. These terms, together with our privacy policy and DMCA policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the service.
