Ranking.bio has been published since 2022 by a team with more than 20 years of experience in the creator-content industry, and is an independent OnlyFans creator directory covering more than 60,000 profiles across 143 categories in 9 languages. Rankings are produced by our own scoring system, the Creator Signal Index (CSI), which is rebuilt continuously from measured audience behaviour on this site rather than from anything a creator can declare about themselves. This page documents what the Index measures, what it deliberately discounts, how often it refreshes, and where its limits are, so that visitors, creators and search engines can audit our process.
We rank public OnlyFans creator profiles that clear an eligibility gate: a resolvable profile, a display name, a profile image and a written biography. Profiles that do not clear it stay in our database and remain searchable, but are excluded from ranked positions and from indexation. As of this month the directory holds 65,571 profiles, of which 61,852 clear the gate.
The Index is built from first-party behavioural data. We do not buy ranking data, and we do not accept creator-supplied statistics, because both are trivially inflated. Four families of signal feed it:
1,580,846 visits were recorded, credited to the creator, and then excluded from ranking calculations across 280 profiles. They count as audience; they do not count as rank.
Every listed account is re-checked on a rolling cycle. 22.5% of the accounts we track no longer resolve at source. A directory that never re-checks carries those silently as filler.
Each eligible profile carries a score that is recomputed continuously through the day and re-ordered site-wide on a short cycle. The score combines the signal families above under a weighting that is proprietary and is not disclosed, and it sits underneath a human editorial layer that can remove a listing outright. This is deliberate. Ranking.bio is a commercial directory in a niche where placement has direct financial value, and a directory that publishes its exact weights publishes its own manipulation manual. Publishing the inputs while withholding their weights is the same posture taken by every serious ranking system, and it is what keeps the order meaningful for visitors.
Rankings are computed independently per category and per language. A creator can hold #1 in "Latina" and #45 in the global view at the same time; both are correct, because they answer different visitor intents. Category membership is derived from the creator's own self-description and links, never from our judgment about a person.
Behavioural signals are collected continuously and positions refresh throughout the day, so a newly added and verified profile normally appears in rankings within 24 hours. The ranking window itself resets on the first day of every calendar month. This is the most important design decision in the Index and it is intentional: an all-time cumulative score would permanently entrench whoever arrived first, and the ranking would gradually stop describing the market and start describing its own history. Resetting monthly means every creator competes on the audience they earned this month, incumbency expires, and the ranking tracks demand as it actually moves. The closing position of every month is preserved as a permanent snapshot; we hold 17 consecutive months of ranking history, which is also how month-over-month movement is calculated.
Positions each month held by a creator who was not in the previous month's top 50. The average is 13 of 50, so roughly 26% of the leaderboard changes hands every month. This is the monthly reset stated as a measurement rather than a promise.

Ranking well is one half of a directory being useful. The other half is what leaves it. These are the only ways a profile drops out, and three of the four need no human involvement at all.
Every creator in this index is at least 18. We index only platforms whose own terms require each creator to be 18 or over and to complete identity and age verification before publishing, and that verification is performed by the source platform, which is the party that holds the records. We do not knowingly list any profile depicting or referring to a person under 18; any listing found to do so is removed immediately and reported to the source platform. Full detail: our 18 U.S.C. 2257 statement. To report a concern, use report content, which takes priority over all other work.
Organic ranking position is not for sale. No creator, agency or advertiser can pay to raise a profile's score, and no payment of any kind is an input to the Creator Signal Index. Ranking.bio does sell advertising placements that appear alongside category listings; these are commercial slots sold separately, they are excluded from the ranked order, and they never alter the organic position or score of any profile.
Creators can register to claim and manage their profile, controlling their biography, image and links directly. Claiming a profile does not change its score. Anyone, creator or visitor, can contact us to request correction, removal, or a DMCA takedown; verified removal requests are processed and the profile is delisted.
We do not score profiles on appearance, ethnicity, gender expression or content type, and no human at Ranking.bio can raise or lower an individual position by hand. Categories such as "latina", "trans" or "ebony" reflect a creator's own self-identification and nothing more. We do not index or rank content involving minors, non-consensual material, or anything illegal; profiles found in breach are removed and reported to the originating platform.
Ranking.bio is operated independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OnlyFans (Fenix International Limited). We are a third-party directory. We also state our limits plainly: the Index measures audience behaviour observed on Ranking.bio, not a creator's total audience across the internet, and not their earnings, which no third party can see. A creator with a large following elsewhere who sends no audience through this directory will rank low here, and that is the correct behaviour of the system, not a defect in it.
No. No payment of any kind is an input to the Creator Signal Index, and nobody at Ranking.bio can move an individual position by hand. Advertising is sold separately, sits outside the ranked order, and never changes an organic position or score.
The three usual reasons are: the monthly reset on the 1st, which clears everyone's ranking window so the month starts level; another creator earning more measured audience than you this month; or traffic to your profile being discounted as automated rather than genuine discovery. Position is relative, so you can hold steady and still fall if others rise.
Behavioural signals are collected continuously and positions re-order throughout the day. A newly added and verified profile normally appears within 24 hours. The ranking window itself resets on the first day of each calendar month.
We re-check every indexed account on a rolling cycle of roughly 45 days. When an account stops resolving at source it is treated as dead and demoted out of ranked positions. Of the 14,539 dead accounts we currently track, 77% already sit at zero ranking traffic.
Email us and ask. Removal is free, we do not ask why, and we never charge to keep a profile removed. Requests are actioned within 5 business days, and immediately for anything involving a minor or non-consensual imagery. See our report content page for the fastest route.
Because position here has direct financial value, and a directory that publishes its exact weights publishes its own manipulation manual. We publish every input the Index uses and what each one measures; we withhold only how they are weighted against each other. That is the same posture every serious ranking system takes.
No. We do not score profiles on appearance, ethnicity, gender expression or content type. Categories reflect a creator's own self-identification and links, never a judgment by us about a person.
If you believe a ranking is wrong, want a profile corrected, or want to be removed entirely, contact us and we will look at the specific profile. We will explain what the Index measured; we will not disclose the weighting.
