Each name links to the creator's profile on Ranking.bio. We removed emoji from display names. One display name had only emoji, so we show the username. One name included a self-promotion tagline, so we show the plain name only. The country column shows the country that the creator states. 12 of the 20 accounts do not state a country.

What do the top 20 accounts have in common?

The top 20 accounts are a mix of free and paid pages. 7 are free and 13 are paid. Among the 8 accounts that state a country, 6 are in the United States. One is in Germany and one is in the United Kingdom.

Most of the top 20 are long-running pages with large post archives. A large archive gives fans more posts to like, so the total grows faster. The list also includes one brand account (SuicideGirls), which publishes work from many models. The gap between the top accounts is large. Number 1 has about 2.9 times the likes of number 20.

Likes change every day. A creator who posts often can gain thousands of likes in a week. Treat this table as a snapshot of 20 October 2026, not a permanent ranking.

What does a "like" count mean on OnlyFans?

The like count on an OnlyFans profile is the total number of likes on all of that account's posts. It grows over the life of the account and it does not reset.

A fan likes a post by tapping the heart icon under it. A fan usually must follow or subscribe to an account to see and like most of its posts. This means likes come mostly from people who have access to the feed. A like is free. It is not a payment and it is not a purchase.

The total like count does not tell you:

  • how many subscribers an account has today;
  • how much a creator earns;
  • how recent the activity is;
  • how many different fans gave the likes.

Likes also depend on what is visible. Posts that are locked behind a separate payment are likely to get likes mainly from the fans who unlock them. A free account with many open posts can collect likes from a larger group of followers.

One active fan can like hundreds of posts. A large back catalogue of posts also collects more likes over time. For these reasons, the like count is a measure of total engagement, not of audience size or income. OnlyFans does not publish subscriber counts for most accounts, so the like count is one of the few public signals that you can compare.

How concentrated are likes on OnlyFans?

Likes on OnlyFans are very concentrated. In our data, the top 10% of live accounts hold two thirds (66.3%) of all likes, and the top 1% hold almost a quarter (23.4%).

The table below shows how many likes an account needs to reach each level of our data.

Position among live accountsTotal likes at that position
Median (50th percentile)14,926
Top 25% (75th percentile)63,406
Top 10% (90th percentile)188,086
Top 1% (99th percentile)962,741
Number 1 in our data13,124,243

The mean is 79,570 likes per account. The median is 14,927. The mean is more than five times the median. This gap shows that a small group of very large accounts pulls the average up.

Here is how the 49,345 live accounts spread across like levels:

Total likesLive accountsShare of live accounts
1,000,000 or more4630.9%
100,000 or more8,86418.0%
10,000 or more27,79956.3%
Fewer than 1,0009,89920.1%
Zero3,0206.1%

To put this in context: an account with 188,086 likes is already in the top 10% of our data. An account needs almost 1 million likes to enter the top 1%. The top 20 accounts all have more than 4.4 million likes, which places them far above the top 1% line.

One in five live accounts has fewer than 1,000 likes. Many of these are new accounts or accounts that post rarely. The top 20 accounts alone hold about 3.5% of all likes in our data. For a platform-wide view, see our OnlyFans statistics study.

Do free or paid accounts get more likes?

Paid accounts get more likes than free accounts at the median. In our data, the median paid account has 16,889 likes and the median free account has 8,915.

The top of the list is different. 7 of the top 20 accounts are free, which is 35%. Across all live accounts, only 25.3% are free. A free account lets anyone follow at no cost, so a few very popular free accounts can build a large audience and a very large like count. Free accounts usually earn through paid messages and tips, not through the subscription.

Among the 13 paid accounts in the top 20, the median price is $14.99 per month. The median price of all paid accounts in our data is $12.00. So the most-liked paid accounts are not cheap, but they are not far above the typical price. Prices in the top 20 range from $4.99 to $49.00.

Does account age affect likes?

Yes. Older accounts have many more likes. The median account that joined in 2016 has 75,919 likes, while the median account that joined in 2026 has 1,151.

20248067,139173
20258784,537102
20266211,15143

Likes grow with the number of posts. Older accounts have more posts and more media, so they have had more time to collect likes. In our data, the median account gets about 49 likes per post. The largest single group joined in 2020, with 15,618 live accounts.

This means a like count is partly a measure of time on the platform. A new account with 50,000 likes may have more engagement per post than an old account with 200,000 likes.

Do likes differ by gender and country?

Yes, but the differences are smaller than the differences by account age. Couples and women have the highest median like counts in our data.

Listed genderLive accountsMedian total likesFree shareMedian paid price
Couples1,59116,86124.5%$11.99

Men4,31011,24519.5%$10.00
Trans1,81810,04821.0%$12.00

By country, the differences are larger. In our data, the median account in the United Kingdom has 32,716 likes. The median account in the United States has 17,365. The median account in Colombia has 3,962. Country is self-declared, and only 28,929 profiles state one. Our creators by country study has the full table for the top 40 countries.

Should you choose a creator by likes?

A high like count shows that many people engage with an account. It does not show whether the content suits you, how often the creator posts, or what you will pay in total.

Use likes as one signal among several. Before you subscribe, check these points:

  1. Look at the number of posts, photos and videos. In our data, 11.8% of live accounts have zero videos.
  2. Check the last-seen status, if the creator shows it. Of the accounts that show it, 74.1% were online in the 30 days before our check.
  3. Compare the monthly price with bundles. 58.3% of paid accounts in our data offer a multi-month bundle.
  4. Remember that free accounts often sell content in messages. The subscription price is not always your total cost. Our guide on how much OnlyFans costs explains this.
  5. Read the bio to see what the creator offers.

Our own rankings do not use likes alone. The methodology page explains which signals we use. To see accounts that rank high in our data, browse the best OnlyFans accounts. To look for a creator by name, category or location, use the creator finder.

How did we collect this data?

We checked the public OnlyFans fields of every creator profile listed on Ranking.bio on 20 October 2026. The like count is the public total that OnlyFans shows on each profile.

Of 64,466 listed profiles, 49,345 accounts were live and 14,088 returned a "not found" response, which is about 22%. We counted only live accounts. Our data covers creators listed in our directory, not every account on OnlyFans. The most-liked accounts on the whole platform may include creators who are not in our directory. Gender is the listed gender in our directory. Country is the location that the creator states on the profile.

We do not collect private content, subscriber lists or earnings. Respect each creator's work: sharing paid content without consent breaks the OnlyFans terms and, in many countries, the law.
